• Order Details: We collect information about the items you purchase from restaurants, pharmacies, or through custom "Towseli" requests, including any special instructions or notes.
• Device Information: We automatically collect certain information about your device, such as your operating system, device model, and IP address, to help diagnose technical issues and improve app performance.

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

• To Provide Services: To process your orders, facilitate deliveries, and calculate delivery fees.
• To Communicate: To send you order status updates, respond to your customer support requests via WhatsApp or phone, and send administrative messages.
• To Improve Our App: To understand how users interact with Wasselly and to fix bugs or develop new features.

3. How We Share Your Information

We only share your information with third parties when necessary to fulfill your requests:

• With Drivers: Your name, phone number, pinned location, and delivery notes are shared with the driver assigned to your order so they can deliver your items successfully.
• With Restaurants and Partners: Your order details and first name are shared with restaurants or pharmacies to prepare your request.
• For Legal Reasons: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.

4. Location Permissions

Wasselly requires background and foreground location permissions to function properly. You can enable or disable location tracking at any time through your device's operating system settings. However, disabling location services may require you to enter your address manually and could delay your deliveries.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction. While we strive to protect your data, no method of electronic storage or transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, request corrections to it, or ask that we delete it. You can manage your profile directly within the Wasselly app or contact us for assistance.
